Delete your WowMe account

You can permanently delete your WowMe account and associated personal data from the mobile app.

1. Open the WowMe app and sign in.
2. Open the menu / settings drawer.
3. Go to Close Account (or Account deletion).
4. Confirm deletion. This permanently removes your account.

What is deleted

• Your user account and profile
• Sign-in links (email / social)
• Session / refresh tokens
• Brand enrollments
• Device push tokens and in-app notifications for your account
• AI conversation history linked to your account (where stored on our servers)

What may be retained

Limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or accounting, for the period required by applicable law. Aggregated or de-identified analytics are not personal account data.

Need help?

If you cannot access the app, email wowme@wowsuite.ai from the address on your WowMe account and request deletion. Include your account email and approximate signup date.

API used by the app: DELETE /api/auth/account (authenticated).
