WowMe Privacy Policy

By using WowMe (“WowMe”, the “App”), you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how WowSuite Software Ltd. (" Company ", " we," " us," or " our ") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your personal information when you visit our website or use our services. This Policy forms part of and is incorporated by reference into our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

I. Your Agreement

This Privacy Policy applies to the WowMe mobile application, related websites, and services offered through the App. By creating an account or using WowMe, you acknowledge that We act as the data controller for personal information processed to operate WowMe, except where a Tenant independently determines the purposes and means of processing certain information relating to its own products, services, customer relationships, or Tenant Experience. For users located in jurisdictions with applicable privacy laws, including the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom (UK), California, and other applicable regions, this Policy describes applicable privacy practices and rights.

WowMe enables participating Tenants to provide content, services, offers, and experiences through the App. When you use a Tenant Experience, certain personal information may be shared with or collected by the applicable Tenant as necessary to provide the requested functionality. Each Tenant is responsible for its own privacy practices and may provide additional privacy notices where required.

WowSuite Software Ltd. provides the technology platform and does not control independent Tenant processing activities.

VIII. Analytics, Diagnostics and Similar Technologies

WowMe uses software development kits, analytics tools, crash-reporting tools, authentication technologies, security tools, and similar technologies to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the App. Depending on the services implemented in the App, these technologies may collect information such as device type; operating system; app version; language preference; IP address; push notification tokens; app interaction information; performance data; error reports; crash logs; security and diagnostic information. We use this information to authenticate users and maintain account security; operate app features and functionality; deliver notifications and service communications; detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, misuse, and security issues; monitor app performance and reliability; diagnose technical problems; and improve product quality and user experience. Third-party service providers may process this information on our behalf under appropriate contractual, confidentiality, and security obligations. Account details, including name, email address, password credentials stored in hashed form, social login identifiers where applicable, and account settings are retained while your account remains active or until you request deletion, subject to legal, security, backup, and compliance requirements.

Tenant Experience Information

Tenant enrollment information and interactions with Tenant Experiences may be retained as necessary to provide requested functionality, maintain service records, support Tenant Experiences, fulfill contractual obligations, and comply with applicable laws.

AI Assistant messages, prompts, conversation history, AI-generated responses, and related technical information may be retained only as necessary to:

When personal information is no longer required, we delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it in accordance with applicable law and our retention practices. Backup copies may remain temporarily until overwritten according to normal backup cycles.

California residents may have additional rights under applicable California privacy laws, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, and information about the categories of personal information collected, used, disclosed, or sold. We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising unless separately disclosed and permitted by applicable law.

The App is designed for adults and is not directed to children under 13 in the United States, under the applicable age of digital consent in the EEA/UK, or under the minimum age required by local law in any other jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under applicable age limits. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without required consent, we will delete it promptly unless retention is legally required.

We do not use children’s data for advertising, profiling, general-purpose AI model training, or any commercial purpose unrelated to providing the requested App functionality. If you believe that we may have collected a child’s personal information in error or without proper authorization, please contact us immediately at wowme@wowsuite.ai so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

WowMe may process personal information in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States. Our service providers, including cloud infrastructure providers, AI technology providers, analytics providers, communication providers, payment providers, and other subprocessors, may process information in locations where they operate. Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information, including contractual protections or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.

XIV. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the App. Material changes will be announced via an in-App banner or notification at least 30 days before the new Policy takes effect.

Where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent before applying material changes that affect how we process sensitive personal data. Continued use of the App after changes take effect may constitute acceptance of the revised Policy to the extent permitted by applicable law. This Policy is an integral part of our Terms.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, we may transfer personal data as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards and applicable law. Residents of the European Economic Area: Our disclosure is limited to situations where we are permitted to do so under applicable European and national data protection laws and regulations.
